Asma Dakhouche

For over 15 years Asma has worked in big tech companies, in business management and strategic account management. She has been involved with major customers like United Nations, International Institutions and Large Corporates (Nestlé, Beiersdorf…), working with technology leaders such Amazon, Gartner and Hewlett Packard Enterprise and tech Startup (Interactio).
Asma focused on driving broad multifunctional teams on innovative initiatives to leverage technologies and customise them to the specific needs of customers. Her driving force is “shared value partnerships”, consisting on co-investing with customers to create new solutions and technologies that benefits all parties involved while being sustainable in the long term. She currently supports customers with business and growth strategies through consulting services and executive (and team) coaching. She is developing her expertise in well-being, holistic health and longevity which are critical for the perenity of companies and society at large (she founded Holon).
She holds a Masters in Business Administration and is active in Philanthropic organisations supporting migrants and women empowerment. Her passions involve Martial Arts, Wellbeing, Neuroscience, Biohacking and Longevity.

Innovation & Digital Transformation Consultant
Elisabeth’s key areas of expertise are technology strategy and innovation management. She has 25 years of experience, worked at international levels within HPE, Xerox, and tech start-ups.
She architected, built, and delivered complex web applications, advised financial services institutions and public sector agencies on their digital and cloud strategy. She has a strong track record in improving existing products and services by leveraging the advances of technology.
Elisabeth has built and developed an enterprise innovation practice at Xerox while incubating new offerings and supervising the launch of new services.
She holds an Engineering degree in Computer Sciences from EPF Ecole d’ingénieurs (France), a post graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from University of Texas at Austin, as well as certifications in Venture Finance (University of Oxford), Artificial Intelligence (University of Oxford), Design Thinking and Creativity for Business (INSEAD), and Corporate Innovation & Ecosystems (MIT Sloane).

Lucio Pascarelli

With over 40 years of experience in ICT within the international and humanitarian sector, Lucio has a unique profile combining in-depth technology expertise with corporate knowledge of the United Nations, Government and Non-Governmental Organizations.
Lucio has 35 years of experience within the United Nations in ICT and infrastructure logistics, of which the last 20 in C-Level roles. He has driven major digital transformations in central headquarters, field-offices, deep-field and emergency deployment situations, and supported several major corporate reorganizations tackling strategy, technology, connectivity and the procurement aspects of large-scale solutions implementation.
Lucio has been passionate about emerging technologies throughout his entire life. He has been an active player in the VR and Metaverse scene since the 90’s, and with Blockchain in the last 10 years. He is also an inspiring keynote speaker on these topics.

Jean-Luc Servan
Change & People Management Consultant
Jean-Luc has 25 years of experience in the accompaniment of executives, management teams and operational teams: transitions, team cohesion, development projects. He has worked on growth and change management for technology companies (HPE, Soitec…) and also in other sectors.
He holds a postgraduate certificate in social psychology and in preparation mental for athletes. His knowledge of relational and human issues in transitions allow him to identify the most efficient levers of action within the framework of shared values.

Karen Vanhout
Project Management and Finance Controlling Consultant
Karen has gained strong finance and business acumen through various supply chain controller roles before adding extensive project management and PMO experience and has worked for the large multinationals Johnson&Johnson, Coca-Cola and Philip Morris International for 13 years.
Her accomplishments include the set-up of a procurement controlling process for Coca-Cola and the development of the framework for a digital platform for employee services at Philip Morris.
Karen holds a university degree in Commercial Engineering (Belgium), is Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has a certification in Project Management.

Tatiana Schultze
Change Management Consultant
Tatiana is an Organisational Change Manager with over 20 years’ experience in IT consultancy (IBM UK and USA), 15+ of which in Organisational Change Management/Business Change Readiness.
She has predominantly worked on large-scale SAP/ R/3 deployments, and also undertook change management roles in shared services environments.
Aligning her change management plans to overall project plans and drawing from her strong interpersonal and communications skills, she has established and managed robust change networks that proved to be instrumental to the success of all her projects.
Tatiana possesses a good technical understanding of SAP R/3, having undertaken configuration roles, as well as developed and successfully delivered end-user training programmes.
She holds a degree in International Trades (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International, Paris) and is a Prince 2 registered practitioner.

Pascal is the Founder and CEO of Setmixer, the company that is bringing back recorded live music with their automatic and autonomous recorder and online production platform.
He advises companies (startups and others) on partnerships and international growth.
Prior to his current role, Pascal was the CEO of Exit Live, the Managing Director for EMEA for Octave Group, Chief Partnership Officer at Deezer and other leadership roles at Deezer, Philips Electronics and others.
Pascal is part of Human Dev as an advisory board member and provides assurance that highest standards and best practices are in place when supporting customers with their business and partnership strategies.
Pascal holds an MBA from London Business School.

Philip Bloom
Business Strategy and Geopolitics Consultant
Philip is an executive management consultant and professor in international business schools both in France and other countries. His expertise covers B2B marketing and strategic account management, public relations and geopolitics, procurement and supply chain management.
Philip is an advisor and negotiator for the UK government, in respect of Brexit consequences for business. He is also an independent management strategy consultant with clients including private companies and public institutions and he offers advice for non-profit making associations.
Philip originally studied Law before specializing in International Relations, a move leading to his geopolitical roles.
